You will be responsible for:

- ターゲットDrを増やすことができる柔軟なフットワークを有する。
- 医師、医療従事者、患者、医療施設を含む、患者中心のパートナーシップモデルの実現を導く。
- テリトリーの課題を解決するために効果的なセミナーを自ら企画・実行する。
- 専門医はもちろんKOLにも臆せず治療提案できるマインドとスキルを併せ持つ。
- 成功例はもちろん失敗例も惜しみなく同僚に共有する。
- 製品や市場戦略の改善のため、積極的に会社マネジメントと交流を図る。
- 効率的に時間やCRM、リソースや業務量を管理する。
- Face to Face面談だけでなくWeb面談・電話・メールなどのマルチチャネルを医療従事者に合わせてアクションが可能。
- チームワークや関係部署と柔軟にコミュニケーションを取り、協業ができる人
You will need to have:
- MR資格保有者
- 5年以上の製薬企業おけるMR(での医薬情報担当者の経験
- 大学病院・基幹病院担当経験者
- 独立した環境およびチーム内で、自律して効率よく働く能力
- 大学病院などの専門医またはそのコミュニティにアクセスし、サイエンスベースの情報交換やディスカッションなどを通じて専門医との関係を構築する能力
- 宿泊、週末移動を伴う出張ができる方
- 普通自動車免許証（優良ドライバー）
We would prefer for you to have:
- 3年以上のスペシャリティ領域経験者
- 神経系疾患領域、点滴・注射系の製品を取り扱った経験
- 過去3年～5年以内に、生物学的製剤の発売に関わった経験
- 稀少疾患治療薬の取扱った経験
